Selerb offers a subscription purchase option for customers who wish to receive Selerb NAD+ on a recurring basis. This policy outlines the terms relating to the cancellation of any active subscription.
CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
You may cancel your subscription at any time — no notice period required. Cancellations take effect immediately upon request. Once cancelled, no further charges will be made to your payment method.
To cancel your subscription, you can:
- Log into your account at shopselerb.com and manage your subscription directly
- Email us at shopselerb@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request
WHEN CANCELLATION TAKES EFFECT
All cancellations are processed immediately. If your cancellation is submitted before your next scheduled billing date, you will not be charged for the upcoming cycle.
REFUNDS ON SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Please note that subscription orders that have already been charged and fulfilled are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel before your next billing date, please ensure you do so in advance to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at shopselerb@gmail.com within 48 hours of the charge and we will review your case.
PAUSING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
If you are not ready to cancel but need a break, you may be able to pause your subscription. Please contact us at shopselerb@gmail.com and we will assist you where possible.
CHANGES TO YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
You may update your subscription frequency, shipping address or payment details at any time by logging into your account or contacting us directly at shopselerb@gmail.com.
