FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS
We offer free shipping on every order to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom — no minimum spend, no hidden fees. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

We are unable to fulfil orders outside of these regions at this time.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
All orders are typically delivered within the timeframes below from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays outside of our control.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information where available.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
For orders shipped to the United Kingdom and Canada, your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
DELAYS
Selerb is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, weather, carrier disruptions or any other circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.
LOST OR MISSING ORDERS
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
